UV6090 is a flatbed UV inkjet printer. It uses state-of-the-art technology to create high-quality prints with exceptional accuracy. Printing on demand is what the printer is designed for. It leverages Colorido’s latest technology to achieve more precise positioning of ink. The carriage is equipped with two print heads, with one for white inks, the other for other colors. This design aims to maintain high productivity even when it is to print on two layer of colors or spray spot colors.

Screw Drive
The screw drive achieves high transmission efficiency, and its efficiency cannot be achieved by ordinary sliding screw drives. After the lead screw and nut are pre-tightened, the axial clearance can be eliminated, which is beneficial to improve the axial transmission accuracy and axial rigidity. Due to the small friction loss of the lead screw, the service life is longer than that of the ordinary sliding lead screw.
Servo Motor
Servo shocks start quickly, have high sensitivity, and have a wide range of motion. Once the normal servo motor is out of control, the motor will stop running immediately.
Led
The ultraviolet light emitted by the uv led lamp is the process of using different chip components to emit light in the electron holes of the PN junction. The led lamp bead is more power-saving and has a longer service life when it is turned on. It avoids the problem of later maintenance.
Nozzle Collision Protection
The anti-collision protection of the nozzle effectively protects the nozzle and reduces the damage rate of the nozzle. Eliminate accidents caused by manual errors or material deformation, and better protect the nozzle.
Water Cooling Box Cooling
Ricoh USES compressed water cooling technology to better heat and prolong the life of LED lights.Improve curing efficiency and shorten curing time. The chiller generally uses water as the coolant, which has good chemical stability and low price. Larger than heat, non-toxic, etc.
Adsorption Platform
The function of the adsorption platform is to use the turbo fan under the platform to inhale from top to bottom, so that the material is adsorbed on the printing platform.
