Digital printing socks is the kind of process with the customized picture printing on the socks. By loading the image of which needs to be printed to the mapping software, adjust the image based on the detailed requirement, then input the well-processed image into the professional RIP software for color management. Through the printing software, the final customized picture would be printed on the socks.

About The Sublimation Socks.

Sublimation socks is a process of transfer the image to the socks. By printing the image first to the sublimation paper, then using high temperature & pressure to transfer the image of the sublimation paper onto the socks.

While, after the high temperature pressing, the handfeel of the socks would be stiff and dry, also the ground white yarn would be seen through after stretching the socks to break the image. Also, it is with poor breathability.

About The Jacquard Socks

Using the knitting needles, the yarn is bent into loops and strung over each other to form the socks, and with requested pattern in multiple colors, it needs to be replaced constantly with the colorful yarn. Which will leave loose threads at inside, and the daily output would be very low.
